Mixing Bowl ( I like Kitchen-Aid) with whisk attachment
Spatula
Large draining bowl
Oven top sauce pan

Ingredients Required:
2 Cups Fruit Cocktail (15 oz can) - Drain well
2 Cups Mandarin Orange Slices (Small or Large Can)
2 Cups of Pineapples Tidbits (15oz can) - Drain well
4 tbsp White Sugar
4 tbsp White Vinegar
2 Eggs - Beaten
2 tbsp butter - melted
1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp White Sugar
16 oz mini marshmallows
How to Make it:
1) In a Sauce pan, melt the butter. Add 4 tbsp white sugar & 4tbsp white vinegar and beaten eggs. Warm/cook until thicken (before eggs get scrambled and then cool in refrigerator for 1 hour.
2) In mixer, pour in sugar and whipping cream. Whip until cream is solid and makes peaks. Don't over whip because it can turn into butter.
3) Add and fold in the drained fruit mixture, 16 oz of mini marshmallows, and sauce mixture. Mix until well.
4) Pour into serving dish and store in refrigerator until ready to serve
5) When ready to serve, slice up 2 bananas and arrange them across the top.
