9x5 inch loaf pan
Ingredients Required:
2 Cups all-purpose Flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 1/3 mashed overripe bananas
Non-stick backing spray
How to Make it:
1) Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease the pan
2) Sift flour, baking soda and salt together.
3) Beat brown sugar and butter in mixer until smooth.
4) Mix in the eggs and bananas until well mixed.
5) Mix in the flour mixture until just combined.
6) Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
7) Let cook in oven for 60 minutes. Stick a toothpick in the bread and if it comes out dry, the bread is done.
8) Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing.
